职位描述
REQUIREMENTS
1、3+ years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
2、BS degree: Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
3、Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
4、Practical experience in work cell based manufacturing techniques employing Demand Flow Technology, One Piece Flow, Just In Time concepts.
5、Practical experience in developing, qualifying and implementing SMT, Through Hole Technology & electromechanical manufacturing processes.
6、Strong knowledge of multi-level Bills of Material ( BOM) structures, Routings, Bill of Operations (BOO), Bill of Resources (BOR).
7、Solid knowledge of cost accounting principles & project budget development.
8、Ability to read schematics, mechanical drawings and other complex engineering documentation
9、Ability to multi-task and effectively manage complex projects.
