-- At least 3-5 years experience working with major international brands in the product development area.
-- Technical knowledge and experience of shoes, development and production.
-- Good knowledge in footwear construction and materials.
-- Familiar with footwear testing and standards.
-- Experience of China manufacturers.
-- Be well up in process control / QA/ QC and final inspection procedures.
-- Need to be in the sports or outdoor category.
-- Able to communicate with overseas designers and product developers.
-- Good command of English and Chinese.
