职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
- Check and authorise documents/transactions in accordance within the limits granted
- Check the work of from sub-ordinate staff to ensure completeness and correctness before authorising
- Identify problems during work processes and offer suggestions for process improvement
- Meet the business goals as set for the unit
- Maintain constant good working relationship with fellow workers as well as internal customer segments.
- Help external/internal customers to resolve their problems and answer to customers queries
- Ensure and maintain good team work within the branch
- Comply with statutory rules and compliance with internal policies and guidelines
- Investigate customer complaint and provide solution
- Supervise and maintain efficient banking services
- Ensure documents be registered and delivered to fellow workers timely
- Work together with HK or other processing centres where processing is outsourced to the outsourcers
- Manage/lead/guide/administer department for banking service and operation risk control on a day-to-day basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 7 yrs’ direct experience of operations management in Banking
- Good knowledge of statutory rules and regulations
- Good working knowledge on banking products and services
- Strong risk and fraud awareness
- Good leadership and management capabilities
- Good problem solving skills
- Customer focus and service oriented mentality
- Good Comprehension of English and Chinese
- Good communication/negotiation skill
- Good working relationship with central bank and external authorities
