职位描述
1、Degree holder in any discipline.
2、6 - 8 years' experience in customer /account servicing with at least 3 years supervisory experience .
3、Understanding of the current technologies available for on-line advertising e.g. Search Engine Marketing, Website development, Banner advertising is an advantage.
4、Working experience in Search company is preferable.
5、Proficient in MS Office and Internet browsing.
6、Collect customer feedback/manage customer complaints and co-ordinate with related department for service improvement.
7、Good command of written Chinese and English is essential, fluent Cantonese/ English speaking is preferable.
8、Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Supervisor.
