职位描述
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Monitor maintenance management process implementation, continuously improve current process base on actual implementation situation.
- Promote safety activities within team, monitor mechanic group safety performance.
- Communicate with operation and others function to decide the priority & schedule of work request and develop long term work plan and critical equipment overhaul plan.
- Allocate maintenance team manpower reasonably to complete work task efficiently.
- Monitor maintenance group people work performance, provide suggestion on mechanic individual Development and promotion.
- Work with maintenance engineer & process engineer to optimize PPM program continuously.
- Work with maintenance engineer to optimize maintenance spare parts management process, and control spare parts inventory within a suitable level.
- Communicate with sourcing to follow up maintenance material & spare part purchasing.
- Maintain & Track maintenance KPI
QUALIFICATION:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical & automation /chemical industry engineering.
2. At least 5 years experience on maintenance function, preferably in multi-national company.
3. Experience on maintenance function management
4. Experience on chemical manufacturing equipment PPM
5. Experience on the electronic Maintenance management System like MP2 System.
6. Experience on Spare Part management and maintenance cost saving etc.
7. Strong logic analyses ability, preferably got SixSigma GB certification.
8. Self-starter with strong initiative; Strong teamwork skill.
9. Good communication & coordination skill
10.Good verbal and written English.
