职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
1.Apply Six Sigma methodology to support regional growth in various areas, such as Supply Chain transformation, operations and functional competency, work process improvement.
2.Responsible to lead and complete 3-4 projects with total validated hard $ savings in the range of US$1MM per year
Qualifications:
1.Good conceptual capacity in identifying the patterns in information from a variety of sources
2.Good leadership skills in guiding individuals (reports, peers, or groups) towards the attainment of specific goals and involve them in decision making
3.Demonstrate ability to present information/ideas to individuals/teams in an articulate and organized way
4.Good communication and project management skills
5.Capability to get results and accomplish goals according to agreed time-lines
6.Certified Green Belt or Black Belt
7.APICS Certification a plus
8.Lean and/or Supply Chain experience is a plus
9.Science or Engineer degree with 3-5 years working experience
10.Fluent English skill - both oral and written
