Responsibilites:
1.Providing technical & engineering leader ship in AE Metal in CNC machining in equipment/process standardisation, new technology trasnfer & implementation & support to site machining operations, including:
2.Assist in development proper CNC process platform and new CNC capability accoriding according to company strategy.
3.Provide leadership and coordination for problem solving in key quality & production issues in machining.
4.Coordinate with internal and outside resources in support of both preventive maintenance and production schedule objectives.
5.Assist in quality process audit & process qualification.
6.Provide training and instruction for both internal and external machining operations as required and assigned.
7.Work with each site to drive/track yield improvement projects in CNC programing, cutters, machines & fixtures/gauges to meet increased production requirements.
8.Drive in new technology & capability development, inclusing special-or multi- purpose machines
Requirements:
1.University diploma/bachelor or above in Engineering with over 8 years’ experience in CNC machining
2.Good understanding & interpreting engineering requirements, including geometric dimensioning and tolerances.
3.Prior experience developing and supporting CNC programs for CNC machine tools with machining centers is desirable.
4.Process development and manufacturing support experience for machining of various metals such as steel, aluminium. Knowlodge of experience in machining Ti & Mg will be an advantage.
5.Ability to develop and implement effective process instruction and process control documentation required.
6.New process development and manufacturing support experience for yield & efficiency improvement is desirable.
7.Good knowledge of materials, cutting tools, machine structure & maintenance, fixture design
8.knowledge of total quality control required, knowledge of gauge and CMM required
9.Familiar with FANUC CNC controller and good at programming
10.Ability to speak and communicate effectively in English required.
11.Proactive attitude, Sense of urgency, Team work spirit
