职位描述
1.Role Purpose Statement
Plastic Equipment set up & commissioning; Generating & Develop maintenance system; New M/C buy-off & evaluation; M/C Preventive Maintenance & Troubleshooting; M/C data collection & analysis; Asset Management & Spare Parts Control; Equipment retrofitting & upgrade
Responsibility:
1)Ensuring proper condition of all Equipment.
2)Define objective.
3)Equipment management. (Purchase, Set – up, Commissioning, Registration, Periodic maintenance and Repair).
4)Execute company policy; setup and audit own department operating system.
5)Provide technical support and guidance to train up new and existing equipment engineers and technicians.
6)Management of department to meet ISO 9001 requirements.
7)Improve and maintain equipment performance.
8)To ensure continue quality improvement.
9)To ensure existing resources are fully utilized.
10)To liaise with machine vendor in technical issues.
11)Contingency planning of equipment break down.
12)New Technology Study.
13)Asset Management
