职位描述
Responsibilites:
1.To improve and achieve line yield in accordance with unit goals.
2.To co-ordinate implementation of ECN and organise Product Verification run for product.
3.To drive and initiate yield and quality improvement activities in the production line
4.To identify, check, analyze and repair defective products
5.Document all investigations and corrective actions for future reference (in the form of technical report)
6.Explore the possibilities of standardization improvement made in one area to another.
7.Responsible for NPI Engineering in new product introduction.
8.Experienced in Design and Product Engineering
Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree holder or above, Major in Engineering
2.At least 5 years experience in Product engineering background
3.English CET-4 or above, Fluent both in written and spoken English.
4.Strong leadership and ability to lead by example
5.Able to work under conditions of great pressure and resource constraint
6.Good Problem Solving Skill
7.Good Team Player
