职位描述
Responsibility
1. Be responsible contact person for Customer.
2. Interact with Customer/Flex R&D and GPM.
3. Execute all activities with regards to assignment specification
4. Prepare monthly project forecast
5. Create project budget for man-hour,line cost,build expenses and new investment
7. Create time plan for the project
8. Work out resource allocation with the cooperation from the functional managers.
9. Ensure Build Entry Request (BER) is received on-time and review it with project team
10.Create master build plan for each build
11.Review Build Exit Report (BEX) with project team and ensure QA deliver to Customer on-time
Requirement
1. Bachelor degree in engineering or business management, prefer with MBA degree;
2. More than 5 years working experience of project/ program management in electronics field; at least 2 years management experience; familiar with PCBA production process;
3. Familiar with customer relationship and P&L;
4. Fluent Oral English
5. Be open minded, aggressive, proactive and easy to be approached.
