职位描述

    Responsibilities:

Management
1.Effective member of Finance management team
2.Responsible for the development, training and appraisal of the both sites Accounting team.

Financial Reporting
1.Preparation of management accounts to an agreed timetable
2.Preparation of cost tracking sheets for all products made in Zhuhai plant
3.Preparation of monthly PPV reports
4.Management and control of Balance Sheet
5.Budget preparation and submission

Costing
1.Manages the activities of the cost accounting function.
2.Oversees the gathering of historical cost data, investigation of cost structures, pricing of new services or products.
3.Designs and develops procedures and policies for the cost acc.ounting systems.
4.Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Auditing
1.Ensure company accounts audits are passed successfully and statutory accounts prepared in accordance with agreed timetable
2.Assist in the integration of the group accounting systems and procedures
3.Ensure adherence to group policy and procedure

Cash Management
1.Forecasting of Cashflow and P&L for management accounting and local accounting.
2.Management of daily cash requirements
3.Maximisation of company cashflow by ensuring adherence to group policy on payment terms (net 60 days or higher)
4.Cash collection for customers and account debt management

Government, Tax and Other
1.Company secretarial work for all both sites companies
2.Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
3.Transfer pricing administration and optimise tax benefit
4.Preparation and submission of government returns
5.Ensure adequate authorisation for all payments from Far East (e.g. Expenses signed by authorised signature before payment)
6.Liaison with local government & to maximise grant opportunities

Requirements:
1.3 years experience in high volume manufacturing environment as Senior Finance Management or in a similar role.
2.5+ years post qualification
3.Managerial Experience
4.All usual requirements-flexible, hard working, self motivating etc
5.Possesses a high energy level, sense of urgency, and the ability to work hard and well under pressure.
6.Commands an engaging personal style complemented by the pragmatism required in complex, global environment.
