Major Responsibilities
Assisting the Customer Service Manager to manage cash operations and administration requirements of the branch and ensure staff adherence to internal/ external regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Degree holder or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in branch operations of Consumer Banking, preferably 1~2 years of which are at foreign bank branches
- Familiar with local regulatory bodies’ requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PC applications
