Major Responsibilities
-Assisting the Branch Sales & Service Manager to oversee the customer services and counter operation of the branch, manage the overall staff & branch administration, and ensure staff adherence to internal/external regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Degree holder or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in branch operations of Consumer Banking, preferably 2~3 years of which are at supervisory level
- Familiar with local regulatory bodies’ requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Details-oriented and customer-oriented
- Proficiency in PC applications
- Relevant experience at local Chinese banks is a plus
