职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
- According to the established quality and service standards, all supervisor functions assigned by his/ her supervisor including system input and authorization, data and information verification, receiving and dispatching of documents, preparation of documents, answering enquiry from internal and external customers and liaison with service provider etc.
- Provide advice and guidance to staff members on resolution of problems and exception.
- Escalate to Dept. Manager for any exception, problem, error and abnormal transaction identified during processing.
- Prepare reports and files to HO and regulatory bodies.
- Suggest improvement opportunity to Dept. Manger when applicable.
- Conversant with internal AML guideline and policy, ensure compliance of rules and regulatory requirements of PBOC and HKMA.
- Co-operate with team members to achieve the tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 5 yrs experience in Trade and related banking operations
- In-depth knowledge on Trade and related international rules, regulations and practices
- Well familiar with statutory rules and regulations
- Strong sense of Risk and Fraud Control
- Good comprehension in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good PC skills
- Good skill in leadership and organization
