Quality Engineer-FLPR/E&CT

职位描述

    Responsibilities:
- Ensure Dupont SHE standard implemented in Fluoropolymer Solutions operation
- Develop/optimize quality assurance system, procedure, and train related team members.
- Lead quality continuous improvement to achieve the consistent products quality level with process capability
- Teamwork with production team to ensure quality improvement activities and regular management review.
- Ensure the quality assurance system, related quality standards are implemented well.
- Lead the project related new quality contents to fit new product introduction, related quality documentations.
- Involve in quality related QIR/Customer complaint/Incident investigation and action follow-up
- To optimize quality assurance system initiatively.
- Willing to spend private time to cover those urgent or special cases if necessary.
Education Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with major in Chemical Engineering
Work Experience:
- At least 3 years of process related working experience
Skills and knowledge:
- Have experience in ISO9001 Quality system, include related quality documentations system.
- Can work under pressure and result orientation
- Excellent computer skill, e.g. Office, Lotus Notes, and etc.
- Teamwork spirit is necessary.
- Chemical plant working experience is an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication capability in Mandarin and English
