职位描述
Duties:
1.To plan and control the center operation to provide the quality services of on time delivery & pick up in order to achieve the company goal and objective within the guidelines
2.To overseas the route operation, to review with IE and Hub operations from time to time in order to ensure providing quality services to our customers to achieve on time delivery & pick up to achieve the company business plan and operation objectives.
3.To train and coach subordinates for total commitment to services excellence and customer satisfaction to improve the ERI and SQR result.
4.To plan and review the staffing in order to provide the cost effective work force operation to achieve the operation cost effectiveness, to plan and review the productivity of employees and route performance in order to maintain productivity and operational effectiveness of the department.
5.To train people with safe work method and procedures in order to prevent injury / accident, provide health and safe environment to people.
requirement
1.Degree holder in Transportation, Logistics or related discipline
2.5 years relevant experience, including 2 year in supervisory capacity, preferably in transportation industry.
3. Good Planning, Organizing and Problem-solving Skills
4.Good Supervisory Skills & Coaching Skills
5.Good written & spoken English & Chinese
6.Driving License Holder
7.Good understanding of courier business
8.Basic Financial Knowledge
