职位描述
Duties And Responsabilities：
1.Issue purchase orders based on approved POR, assuring products are ordered.
根据已被批准的POR发布采购订单。
2.Responsible for PO and internal documents filing.
负责PO及内部文件整理归档。
3.Complete and update the purchase database with new incoming P/O.
根据新的P/O建立并更新采购数据。
4.Implement purchasing contract, policies and procedures.
签定采购协议并遵守其中的政策、程序。
5.Measure supplier's performance and one report per month.
评价供应商业绩并每月以报告形式报告。
6.Responsible for reviewing suppliers' invoice and prepare accounts payable with proper disbursement of payments.
负责供应商付款等事务的跟进工作。
7.Perform other related duties as assigned.
完成上级领导指派的其他相关工作。
Qualifications：
1.With at least 1 year experience in purchasing. Fresh graduate is acceptable if excellent.
1年以上采购相关经验。优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑
2.College graduate or above majored in English, International Trade or Accounting is preferred.
大专以上学历，英语、国际贸易、会计学等相关专业
3.Can communicate in English and with strong sense of responsibility.
具备英语沟通能力，责任感强
4.Teamwork and good communication skill.
沟通、协作能力佳
