职位描述
Various vacancies exist for professional valuers in our expanding valuation and advisory services team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct site inspections; execute valuation assignments, and other advisory work in China;
Draft reports for portfolio valuations/individual units;
Client relationship management for banking and corporate clients; and
Assist directors/managers on various valuation assignments.
Requirements:
Preferably two to three years' relevant experience;
Graduate in surveying field or equivalent;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
Proficiency in MS Office.
