Summary
The Sourcing Manager is responsible to constantly research new suppliers for PTAP, to validate them, to keep updated the level of each suppliers.
Principal tasks and duties
1)Constantly research new suppliers and validate them. Develop sourcing plan in line with PTAP needs.
2)Evaluate price competitiveness and quality standards of each suppliers and quotations
3)Understand customers' quality requirements and ensure the supplier compliance
4)Keep updated the suppliers list, the price list and the catalogue of material validated
5)Provide support to negotiate the prices with the PM, ensure the control of the costs
6)Make an evaluation of the main suppliers every year and keep them informed of their performances
7)Research of partnership with the principal suppliers
8)Ensure the respect of the credits terms of PTAP for every purchases
9)Respect the processes implemented in PTAP, make constructive suggestions for change
