负责跟进项目的开发、报建等工作。
岗位要求：
1.建筑工程或相关专业，大专或以上学历；
2.三年以上同等职位工作经验，熟练掌握建筑项目的报建、报验手续，熟悉与房地产行业相关的法律法规；
3.具备与相关政府各职能部门的关系协调与公关能力；
4.具备良好的社交能力，沟通能力，语言表达能力和责任心；
5.具备有效驾驶执照，熟悉江门地区线路
6.具备江门、新会户口者优先。

Wah Group has become aware that there are phony recruitment websites, of which http://www.jobs51.vip.cn/ is one of them, containing information of the Group and its member companies with job application details. A hyperlink connected to the official website (www.kwah.com) of K. Wah Group has also been built.
By this notice, K. Wah Group would like to draw the public’s attention that the hosts of the websites are not the appointed agents, nor are they authorized in any way by the Group for the purpose they alleged. Job seekers should stay alert of any fraudulent cases and verify the authenticity of the recruitment websites to avoid possible loss.
