Shift Supervisor - Engineering Polymer

职位描述

    Responsibilities:
- Ensure the shift operation to be in compliance with Dupont Core Value (Safety, Health, Environment, Respect People and Business Ethics Standards).
- Ensure safety, quality and other policy/system/procedure to be followed in the shift.
- Responsible for shift personnel management (goal setting and performance management), training, development and implementing progression plans for personnel in the shift.
- Responsible for the competency build-up for the shift.
- Responsible for one shift’s product quality, production schedule to meet requirement.
- Responsible for achieving the operations excellent metrics and have some responsibility on warehouse/logistics management.
- Coordinate process, quality, maintenance and other resources to settle production issues.
- Ensure the resources are utilized to the optimal in the shift in terms of manpower, machines, utilities and etc.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or above, with major in Chemical, Mechanical or Electric engineering. Bachelor degree is preferred.
- Good time management, organization and coordination skills. Can manage several projects/issues simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong at interacting with different functions, levels, especially with shopfloor.
- Be able to coach, handle and resolve inter-personnel conflicts.
- Be a strong team player, initiator, enthusiast and driver to accomplish production tasks.
- Fluent written English while fluent oral is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, Lotus Notes.
- 2 years of process, quality or maintenance related manufacturing experience with people management potential or,
- 2 years of working experience in shift management in multi-national company.
