Job Responsibilities
- Field technical problem solving at customer side for all the segments in GLS business which includes automotive, architecture and photovoltaic thin film industries.
- Understand the technical needs from customers .
- Help customers to improve the operation process & productivity..
- Help customer to improve the quality system.
- Manage customer's quality complaints.
- Manage internal product and quality related questions from sales and marketing team.
- Lead product related MSDS, MR, customer process guidance , internal product related process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above degree in Chemical or electronics .
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in field technical support.
- Ability to collect technical data and transfer into technical advises.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision, self-motivated , self-starter.
- Good command of English and Mandarin both verbal and writing, strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills required handling high workload
- Sales experiences will be the plus.
- Excellent IT knowledge with good presentation skills
- Good networking with internal and external resources .
- Quick learner , team palaver with good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to have frequent travel.
