Customer Service Representative

职位描述

    Responsiblity:
Coordinate raw material supply chain activity to support operation
Translates demand requirements and supply capability into a feasible supply plan
Close work with A/P and global supply chain team for the best raw material planning
Works with business and operation team to create realistic reliability goal (service level), supply plan & inventory plans
Sets up the supply network and or breaks down demand plans within the supply network
Maintains cost by type for all products
Develops projections of supply in support of longer term capacity, inventory, and sales planning
Monitors physical inventory levels and works with manufacturing to manage to target.

Qualification:
1.Education Background
Bachelor degree , with major in International Trade or relevant.

2. Work Experience
At least 2 years of work experience in foreign invested enterprise as CSR，supply chain planning experience will be a plus.

3. Skills and knowledge
Possess good organizing and documentation skills
Experience in production planning & scheduling
Operations/production experience preferred
Competency in Data analysis
Good computer application skill, preferable have the knowledge of SAP(R/3) software
With knowledge and experience of ISO quality system is preferred
Good verbal and written communication capability in both Mandarin and English
