    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for implementing and operating solutions and services for all aspects of Telecommunications and other IT infrastructure (Personal Computing & Collaboration, and Midrange) in China (Southern).
For service operations, provide basic user support, track service request fulfillment, conduct training and education activities, handle receipt of services from vendors and suppliers, document IT processes and procedures, verify invoices and take care of other run and maintain activities.
For asset management, manage and control IT assets at all sites in China (Southern) to ensure all physical assets match the inventory records and that IT assets are managed according to DuPont’s guidelines.
For incident and problem management, act as the local focal point for all Infrastructure issues and work with the respective regional/global DuPont IT teams as well as the respective vendors and suppliers for escalation and resolution.
For solution delivery and projects, act as the implementation resource for all sites in China (Southern).
Manage vendors, suppliers and other third parties in the delivery of Infrastructure services in China (Southern) according to Du Pont’s standards and policies.
Provide information security training, implement information security initiatives as well as support information security operations and processes (e.g. staff entry/exit, security incidents) and other compliance/audit activities
Ensure implementation of Du Pont security guidelines, SOX compliance as well as other Du Pont mandated and regulatory requirements.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
University degree in IT related fields with minimum 8 years working experience in telecommunications related areas in a regional organization.
Demonstrate good knowledge and competencies in telecommunications, and/or personal computing & collaboration, and midrange.
Possess sound knowledge of network technology like firewall, VLAN, VoIP, Frame Relay, ATM, MPLS and Internet IPSec VPN. Familiar with networking equipment like Cisco router, switches, wireless access point, firewalls, Nortel/Avaya PABX, Systimax structural cabling, and Computer Room Facilities
Has prior experience with service support and delivery as well as project management.
Able to work effectively in a complex and multicultural regional environment with multiple stakeholders and influencers.
Possess good knowledge of local IT markets, services and industry trends
Familiar with other industry best practices for project management as well as service support and delivery.
Possession of Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), Project Management (PMP), Services Management (ITIL), or Security (CISA, CISSP) certification will be added advantages.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
