职位描述
Responsibilities
- Process the payroll accurately and on time. Activities include accounting, distributing and preparing payments, benefits, taxes and payroll deductions; calculating overtime, sales commissions and bonuses; maintaining payroll records.
- Coordinate with FESCO for Social Insurances and Housing Fund, including change confirmation and payment arrangement, monitor with FESCO to ensure the quality of service in different region with is consistent.
- Take responsibilities for managing attendance and annual leave, and maintenance and filing of personal records.
- Resolve enquiries from employees.
Requirement
- College degree or above in relevant major.
- More than 3 years in related experience, and familiar with Power HRP system is a plus.
- Good command of English and MS Office.
- Can work under pressure.
- Must be reliable, independent, flexible, and a quick learner.
- Good logic thinking
