职位描述

    Major Responsibilities:

- Improve the delinquency performance by reviewing and implementing collection strategies and maximize the staff productivity.
- Manage down portfolio of classified loans, report and recommend of the loan reclassification, calculation and forecasting the specific provision
- Participate new products process development related to collection aspect and establish the collection procedure, system enhancement and MIS tracking reports for calling and monitoring and new products performance
- Oversee all aspect of daily operations and staff conducts are compliance with the operation manual set by the department, guidelines and rules defined by the Bank or regulatory parties.
- Answer complains and provide good services to satisfy Customer needs.


Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 5 yrs experience in collection fields of CB Credit
- Good in knowledge of regulatory requirements from CBRC / PBOC on mortgage collection
- Good in Knowledge of litigation process and disposal process for repossessed properties’
- Good negotiation skill and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good command of written and spoken , Mandarin, Cantonese and English
