Position Summary:
A global outdoor sporting goods manufacturer is seeking an experienced QA Senior Inspector to work in Dongguan for OEM products. The company embodies the outdoor spirit for which it manufactures products while maintaining a highly professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate will share the passion in outdoor sports, and is highly motivated to develop well-rounded abilities in assuming bigger responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Excellent listening, written and spoken English
- High level understanding of engineering systems, manufacturing processes, at least 5 years experience in manufacturing quality control area, familiar with ISO9001 or TS16949.
- Ability to utilize inspection specs, create new specs, and develop good documentation. Be familiar with SPC, FMEA, MSA and 7 QC tools. Have 6 sigma experience is better.
- Ability to do right decisions on complex quality situation, can work under stress.
- Ability to communicate problems to the vendor and require the vendor to implement a fix, at least 2 years SQE experience is preferred, familiar with handling customer complaint.
- Flexible with frequent business travel
- Majored in mechanical or material discipline is preferred.QA Senior Inspector
