Assistant Merchandiser

职位描述

    Responsibilities:
-Purchase order execution and follow up, including, verify/ key-in quote sheets, follow up with buyers and suppliers, monitor shipment fulfillment.
-Coordinate incoming and outgoing sample with proper sample procedure
-Coordinate & support merchandiser throughout the buying trips, such as buying trip arrangement and participation
-Ensure correctly key-in data and check & update data status in the system
-Other responsibilities assigned by Apparel Merchandising Manager

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree with at least 2-3 years experience in a textile or apparel industry.
-Experience in multinational company or apparel merchandising function is preferable
-Good command of English/Mandarin and MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-A good team player
-Able to work under pressure and willing to handle paperwork
