MPQ Engineer (Maintenance/Process/Quality Engineer) - Liquid Packaging

职位描述

    Responsibilities:
Ensure the compliance with DuPont Core Value, lead process safety management to meet high safety, health and environment standard
Be responsible for DLPS Maintenance, Process, and Quality Management, set up the plan and achieve the targets in these areas.
Set up standard operation procedure /QA standard and lead the implementation.
Lead new product/process introduction and transfer from other DLPS plant.
Provide technical guidance of maintenance to all production equipments and common facilities for better utilization and timely troubleshooting
Track, analyze and provide corrective actions for external and internal quality failures.
Drive the continuous improvement projects and implement “Best Practices” into processes and procedures.
Monitor and improve customer s’ satisfaction. Provide on site support to the end customers if required.
Coordinate with all suppliers for any quality and technical issues. Carry out supplier audit per schedule.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, with major in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Control
3-5 years working experience in maintenance, production process and quality
Team player, open to suggestion, willing to learn and have can do attitude
Good verbal and written skill in English
Trained in 6 Sigma and Lean is a plus
