4. Site Manager （客户现场经理）
Location: 广州
Responsibilities:
Co-responsible in installation of FXGS solutions.
To plan, implement & monitor production system & process that meets contract requirements.
Responsible for achieving and growing revenue and profit for the assigned accounts.
Full responsibility of labor management, utilization, sourcing, hiring and motivation.
Coaching and counseling team members on all operation processes
Accountable for customer satisfaction management.
May include vendor management.
Accountable for identifying, and supporting sales team in selling solutions.
Requirements:
University degree is a must.
Education in related subject such as project management, business management is preferred.
2-4 years operational management & customer service experience.
Experience in managing multifunctional/multitask operations.
Strong people management background.
Experience in managing cost/revenue centre.
Knowledge of Xerox digital print environment solution is a plus.
Fluent English or Japanese.
