| 职位：CFO 财务总监 Job Description 工作描述 1.Assist CEO in developing and implementing strategy to grow the business 协助首席执行官为公司业务发展完善和执行各项制度 2.Manage the overall day to day operations of finance department 全面管理财务方面的日常工作 3.Responsible for budget, business plans and forecasts, monitoring cash flow 负责公司预算和商业计划的制订和现金流管理 4.Preparation of replies to investors’ enquiries 解答投资者疑问 5.Liaison with investors, independent directors and overseas advisors 与投资者、独立董事及海外投资顾问等沟通 6.Preparation of half year and full year accounts and dealing with external auditors and audit committee 协调外部审计和审计委员会做好上市公司半年报、年报工作 7.Develop and implement internal control procedures and systems 完善和执行内部控制程序和制度 Qualifications 任职要求 1.Bachelor degree or above 本科毕业或以上学历 2.ACCA or CPA professional qualification 具有ACCA或CPA资格优先 3.5+ years experience in managerial and senior accounting / finance role 五年以上管理层经验和高级财务管理人经验 4.Hands on experience in overseas listed company. 海外上市公司实际工作经验 5.Hands on experience in construction cost accounting 建筑行业成本核算实际经验 6.Hands on experience in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management 预算、预测和现金流管理实际经验 7.Strong ability in establishing systems and internal control procedures 在制订制度和内部控制方面有较强管理能力 8.Effective and efficient in managing and organizing the overall day to day accounting operations and Month end closing 能高效管理和组织日常核算工作和月度报告工作 9.Strong interpersonal, supervisory, leadership, communication and analytical skill 有较强的沟通能力、监督能力、领导能力和分析能力 10.Must be ethical, honest and detail-oriented 良好的职业道德、诚实和细心 11.Highly proficient in Excel and other accounting software 良好的计算机技能，包括Excel、财务软件等 12.Fluent bilingual capability (English & Mandarin) 流利的普通话和英语 13.Familiar with laws and regulations relating to accounting, banking, taxation, import & export, customs government both in China and international 熟悉国内外会计、银行、税务、进出口等方面法律法规 14.Experienced in dealing with PRC banks is a plus 有国内银行融资经验者更佳 Location: 广州越秀区五羊新城 联系方式：Yanlly Wu 020-38731285-611 或 020-38731248 | |||||||||||||||||||
