Undertakes all after sales services to clients, including installation, maintenance, and repairing. Works under direct supervision.

Main Responsibilities主要职责
1 Serves as technical troubleshooter to client after sale is closed and while products is being tested
and installed.
在售后安装测试阶段，为客户排除技术故障。
2 Studies technical manuals and brochures to determine equipment needs or system enhancements.
学习技术手册与说明书，以明确设备需求及系统改进。
3 Enters trouble tickets in a specified company format in a timely manner.
按照公司具体格式要求及时填写故障单。
4 Visit vendors to learn about available products, enhancements, and services.
拜访供应商，了解可供使用的产品、改进与服务。
5 Maintains up-to-date records of required materials, equipment inventory, spares, and floor plans.
维护所需材料、设备、零部件的库存及各平面图的最新记录。
6 Creates alternative solutions to recurring problems.
针对重复发生的问题建立不同的解决方案。
7 Responds to customer requests for system changes/upgrades in a timely manner.
针对客户的系统变更/升级要求及时做出反应。
8 Maintains equipment installations and connections, replacing/upgrading components as required.
按要求进行设备安装、连接，和替换/升级零部件。
9 Monitors performance and productivity of clients and initiating response to problem.
实施监控计划，了解客户使用公司产品的绩效和生产率，对问题主动做出反应
10 Installs and test communications equipment on-site.
现场安装和测试设备。
11 Perform other duties, assignments, and special projects that may be required from time to time.
完成其他随时被分配的任务和特殊项目。
Qulifications任职要求
1 Technical Vocational School Deploma above.
中技或中专以上学历
2 Must have a background in general mechanics.
有机械设备方面的工作经验
3 Experience with assembly,hydraulics, pneumatics and diesel engines is a definite plus.
有装配钳工、液压、电气及柴油发动机方面工作经验
4 Have nationally recognized in the fields mentioned above
有以上技能的国家资格证书。
5 Have Drive License B 有驾驶B照
6 Good organization, troubleshooting and follow-up skills a definite plus.

7 Responsible, willing to work hard and good team player
