| Main Job Responsibilities:
Provide personal assistant support to Aftermarket Director, including:
1. assisting Aftermarket Director in handling and coordinating internal & external relationships as a bridge of aftermarket department to support development of the aftermarket business throughout the whole China;
2. monitoring the performance of each function under the leadership of Aftermarket Director, including parts distribution centre, retail service function, wholesale aftermarket function etc.
3. delivering secretarial support as personal assistant
Job Specification:
1. Bachelor degree; education background in technical or engineering field is preferred;
2. More than 2 years experience as a secretary or as an assistant to department head in customer service function
3. Good command of English both in oral and written;
4. Proficiency in MS Office skills;
5. Strong inter-personal skills and communication skills;
6. Be able to work independently. |
