1. Role Purpose To implement, manage and maintain best practice environmental, health & safety (EHS) management systems, controls and solutions for all environmental impacts and health & safety risks arising throughout the supply chain of the Company's business, to minimise the risk of accidents or environmental impairment and to ensure compliance with the Company's EHS policy objectives, standards and guidelines and all applicable local laws and regulations and to contribute to maintenance of the Company's safety culture 2. Job Description 1)Establish and implement EHS management systems, programs and procedures (ISO14001, OHSAS18001) to achieve the Company Global EHS Policy objectives and targets, and ensure people are properly supervised to ensure compliance with all EHS requirements 2)Identify and evaluate all existing and potential threats to the Company's business arising from environmental impacts, health & safety risks, inform and recommend actions to the parties responsible and develop and implement agreed internal control systems, procedures and solutions 3)Motivate and guide line management in the implementation of procedures and solutions to reduce the EHS impact of relevant activities. Recommending new work practices, procedures or materials, new equipment or modification to existing equipment /plants 4)Advise and provide consultation to management on all matters related to environment, industrial safety, occupational health and fire safety so as to enable sound and correct decisions to be made in order to achieve the Company's Safety and Environmental Policies as well as to comply with local relevant legislation. 5)Promote the prevention of industrial accident by initiating, formulating, developing and implementing safety policies and working towards a 'zero' accident work environment. 6)Coordinate all EHS activities of the Company and review periodically for compliance and improvement progress and carry out regular inspections/audits of all company sites, to identify problem areas or poor practices and ensure that agreed corrective actions are fully implemented on time 3. Qualification 1)Ideally, minimum Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Safety Engineering 2)Minimum Bachelor's degree in other disciplines, but at least five years relevant work experience 3)Sound knowledge in local EHS laws and regulations 4)Special knowledge in WEEE, RoHS and Lead-free subjects, hands-on experience is preferred 5)Very good command of both written and spoken English 应聘：广东省人才服务中心高级人才服务部 周先生、彭小姐 |
