Location: Danshui Town, Huizhou city, Guangdong Province
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide consulting & business partnering to managers in achieving company objectives;
-Coordinate, facilitate and support the company's Human Resources policies, procedures and program deployment;
-May develop and recommend Human Resources programs and activities to meet business operation needs;
-Ensures budget and schedules meet corporate requirements;
-Facilitate employee and manager communications and problem solving;
-Delivery of coaching and tools on Human Resources programs to management;
-Analyze turnover trends and provide input on modifying programs;
-Ensures adherence to applicable governmental regulations;
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA degree with +8 years HR experience(preferably in a MNC) and age at 30+;
-Good leadership and team building skills;
-Creative problem solving and decision making skills;
-Strong interpersonal skills;
-Skills required to deal with upper management, interactions normally involve controversial situations, or influencing and persuading other line department managers;
-Hands on experience of implementing Human Resources programs such as employee incentive program and its action plans;
-Good English at both verbal and written communication skills;
