Position Summary:

The position is Lab Ops Senior Manager responsible for a team of 50 dedicated staffs.
The team provides various hardware test environment support to a large in-house user base. The prime responsibility is user support per demand ranging from project inception, budgetary planning, HW acquisition logistics, implementation, user acceptance and continuous maintenance thereafter. As a Lab Ops representative to Nortel Global Lab Ops, there is a mandate to implement Nortel policies and processes stipulated by Global Lab Ops directives.
R&D Lab currently has a product portfolio of CDMA and GSM/UMTS, VoIP Carrier Network and Wireless Mesh. There are over 900 development and support staffs and expanding. The Lab operates 2 Captive Offices in two closed by locations containing all target systems under test and a variety of automated test tools.

Requestment:

BS or MS
10+ years experience in Telecommunication industrials
Project management and large system integration experience
Fluency in spoken and written English
Good communications skill and ability to present and negotiate at a senior level
Knowledge of Nortel DMS and Radio Access products is a definite advantage
