a) Essential Duties

" Establish and handle Engg. Dept.
" Instruct, train and support engineers team
" Plan, organize and supervise projects development
" Check and approve design output
" Follow and update new technologies and regulations
" Communicate and liaise across departments

3. Responsibilities and Competences

Run Engg. Dept. in good condition
Finish projects on time
Output correct and competitive design
Cooperate with other departments

Education

" Bachelor or above
" Major in Mechanical design or similar

Experience
6 years or above field experience
3 years or above management experience

Qualification

" Rich experience in Stainless steel, plastic and electrical products
" Rich experience in project management
" Good leadership and management skill

Language Skills

" Fluent in English writing, listening and speaking

Computer Skills

" AutoCAD
" Pro/E or other 3D software
" Windows and other office software
