Responsibilities:
o Provide the technical/emergency technical support to customer and related departments
o Perform product/integration test of succession products
o Analyse and track issues, work together with design support for the prompt solution

Requirements:
o Bachelor degree in Telecommunications & Computer Science
o Minimum 1-2 technical support working years experiences in the telecom field
o Solid knowledge of SS7 and telecommunication network is a must
o Good knowledge on IP network and related protocols is preferred
o Fluent English, CET 6 holder preferred
